CADIZ, Ky. — Lula Hall Ratliff, 84, Lake City, Fla., died at 10:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, 2001, at Lake City Medical Center following a long illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will be in East End Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 9 p.m. Friday.
A native of Clintwood, Va., she was born Aug. 9, 1916, the daughter of the late Sanka and Sussie Gilbert Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. Her husband, George Ratliff preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Ann Hall.
Survivors include two sons, Basil Ray Ratliff, Cadiz, Jerry Dean Ratliff, Martin; three daughters, Theda A. Chambliss, Lake City, Marietta S. Harrod, Mansfield, Ohio, Patsy Sexton, Cadiz; four brothers, Carl Hall, Idaho, Elmer Hall, Macon, Ga., Everett and Earl Hall, both of Crystal River, Fla.; two sisters, Ethel Hayes, Dayton, Tenn., Mae Moore, Columbus, Ohio, 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
