Funeral services for Joseph Shaker, 67, 1822 South Avenue, who was fatally injured Tuesday morning when struck by a sign board blown over by a high wind during a rain and hail storm, will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from the Fessler funeral parlors. Interment will be made in the Catholic cemetery.
Mr. Shaker was born in Bohemia on March 12, 1860. He is survived by three sons, John, James and Albert, La Crosse, Elizabeth, Eau Cyaire (sic), Josephine, Circle City, Mont., and Anna and Elsie, La Crosse.
