Charles Lee Taylor, 79, of Lafayette, passed away at 3:56 pm Thursday, January 30, 2014 at IU Arnett Hospital.
He was born August 30, 1934 in Attica to the late Noel Clyde and Gladys Louise Mickle Taylor. He was also preceded in death by a brother James C. Taylor; two sisters, Patricia and Bernice and a granddaughter, Jessica. He married Carolyn Ricketts at West Lebanon Church of Christ on February 26, 1955. She survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tina Louise (Frank) Auxier; two sons, Dennis Lee (Cindy) Taylor and Darrel Lynn Taylor; four sisters, Ruth (DeVonne) Lewis, Ave Moody, Norma Taylor and Judy (Terry) Fuller; three brothers, Chauncey (Nancy) Taylor, George (Fran) Taylor and Morris Taylor; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
