sisters, Lola Epperson, Cloda Bailey, and an infant sister.
Survivors include: wife, Cornelia Mullins of Tazewell, TN; sons, Terry Lynn Mullins, Jr. "Bub" of Tazewell, TN, Adam Mullins of Tazewell, TN;
daughters, Jennifer (Roy) Cannon of Ewing, VA, Ashley Torra of Tazewell, TN, Terra Mullins of Tazewell,
TN, Candace Mullins of Tazewell, TN;
mother, Ruth Mullins of Tazewell, TN;
brothers, Doug (Linda) Mullins of Tazewell, TN, Jess (Linda) Mullins of Tazewell, TN, Ben Mullins, Jr. of Tazewell, TN, J.W. (Lois) Mullins of Morristown, TN;

family will receive friends from 5-9pm Monday at the Claiborne Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Tuesday in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Hatfield and the Rev. Doug Fultz officiating.
Music will be provided by Jerry and Carolyn Epperson and Barbara Hatfield.
Burial will follow in the Rose Cemetery.
