HILEMAN THELMA B. "BECKY" 86, of Monroeville, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. She was born January 5, 1927 in South Langhorne, PA and grew up in Bethlehem. She was a registered nurse graduating from St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in Bethlehem, Class of 1947. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Edna Eckert Balderston and her husband, Andrew "Bob" Hileman in 2012. She is survived by three daughters, Judy (Charles) Spiegel of Squirrel Hill, Linda (Alan) Ackley of Little Valley, NY and Nancy Hileman (Dan Simmers) of Westmoreland City and two dear grandsons, Evan and Aaron Ackley. Becky traveled extensively around the globe with her late husband on his business trips. She looked forward to every spring when she could use her gardening skills to color the world. She enjoyed spending good times with her family and friends and also loved to dote on her loyal feline companion, Tory. Finally she would like to acknowledge her dear friends and neighbors, Mary M., Pete and Bobbie B., Harriet E. and Joe and Mary E. for their unwavering support, care and companionship throughout the years. Their concern and compassion during the good times and bad meant more to us than words can ever express. Visitation 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the HART FUNERAL HOME INC., Murrysville with a service at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
