Betty was born in Drummondville, Canada on October 23, 1920, the daughter of Adelard and Eva (Berthiaume) Laurion and lived most of her life in Gonic, moving from Canada.
She was a communicant of St. Leo's Church in Gonic and prior to retirement she worked at General Electric in Somersworth, NH.
She was a member of the Emblem Club in Rochester and enjoyed bingo, playing cards, going to Foxwoods and was an avid Red Sox fan; but most of all her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends.
She was the widow of Raymond Tanguay who died in 1968. She was also predeceased by a daughter, June Ramsey, by an infant son, Ronald, six sisters and three brothers.
Burial in the spring in Calvary Cemetery in Gonic, NH.
