Nellie Elizabeth Bailey, age 60, of Whitesburg, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013. She was born February 26, 1953 in Okeechobee, Florida, the daughter of the late Robert E. Lee Bailey and the late Mary Louise Howell Bailey. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert E. Lee Bailey, Jr. and a sister, Audrey Louise Tinsdale. Survivors include her husband, Terry Gore of Whitesburg; her children: Malena Marie & Michael Pauley and Shawna Elizabeth & Scotty Horsley, all of Whitesburg, Tabatha Johnson, Sheena Young, and Michelle Gore, all of Carrollton; brother, Calvin & Jan Bailey of Texas; grandchildren: Benjimen Shane George, Karissa Marie McElroy, Danika Louise McElroy, Dakota Scott Horsley, Mikiah West, Jenna Young, Kaitlynn Kinard, Desirae Gore, Letty Young, Riley Johnson, and Chloe Collins; and one great grandchild, Kylie George. In accordance with the family's wishes, the body will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.martin-hightower.com.
