"Mr. Yuburn Franklin Adamson (Buss) of Morse, Sask. passed away on May 30, 1980. He was buried at the Ernfold Cemetery on June 2, 1980. Interment took place at the Morse United Church with Rev. Michael Ward and Rev. Eric Buckingham officiating. Hood Funeral Home, Chaplin were in charge of arrangements.
Honorary Pallbearers were Art Bollinger, Elmer Pollock, Dan Bieck, Denny Robinson, Charlie Sneddon and Wilbur Lebarge. Active pallbearers were Bob, Gary, Michael Bedore, Howard Parr, Craig Campbell and Alvin Tollefson. Ushers were Don Roberts and Bill Wilson.
Buss Adamson leaves to mourn his wife Elizabeth, Morse -- 2 daughters - Mrs. Audrey Parr, and Mrs. Dorothy Bedore, both of Weyburn; 1 son, Don of Morse; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and 1 brother Archie.
Yuburn Franklin Adamson was born at Greenwood, Ont. on Feb. 24, 1904. He came from Ontario with his parents in 1901 to Moose Jaw, and moved to Ernfold district in 1911 where he grew up and attended Ernfold school and then farmed in the Ernfold district. When he retired he came into Morse in 1960 where he has since resided. He was married to Elizabeth Harder on Nov. 1, 1928. Buss was an active member of the United Church."
