He was born on Sept. 9, 1933,in Clay County, Kentucky. He was a retired construction worker and believed in the Protestant faith.
He was a United States veteran.
He is survived by his wife Wilma Noe of Laurel County, and a special friend J.C. Myers of Corbin.
He was preceded in death by two brothers,
Levi Noe and Buster Noe.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2004 at Stansbury Cemetery with Rev. Richard Rogers officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Fonzie Wilder American Legion Post 88 of Corbin. No visiting hours will be observed. Corbin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
