Lowell worked for Testco in Watonga for many years. He was a hard working man all his life and did many odd jobs for people. He was kind hearted and would do anything for those who he knew. He even built a snow plow out of lawnmower once so he could clear snow off of people's driveways and one of the pharmacies in town.
Lowell is survived by his son, Michael Ballew of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, his daughter, LaTricia Ballew and grand daughter Candace Johnson of Watonga Oklahoma and many other relatives and friends.
He was proceeded in death by both of his parents, two brothers, James Leroy and Roger D Ballew.
Viewing will be from 3 pm to 8 pm on Sunday February 9th and 9 am to 1 pm on Monday February 10th. Services will be grave side at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at 2:00 on Monday February 10th. Services will be conducted by DaWayne Janzen. Wilkinson Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
