Victim of Infanticide. He was murdered by his mother, Marie Noe, who was found guilty of murdering eight of her ten children. One died in the hospital and another was stillborn. At first, his mother was not a suspect, using SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) as a ruse. In 1997, at the age of 70, his mother was finally arrested and sentenced to house arrest for the remainder of her days. Controversy surrounded this sentence, as people argued that she should not be shown so much mercy.
