Marjorie E. Barnes, age 74, of New Baltimore died Wednesday, February 13, 2013. She was born June 17, 1938 in Savannah, Georgia to George and Margaret Hart. She married Joseph L. Barnes in Detroit in 1966. Marjorie managed for 15 years the Hardees's Restaurant in Warren. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Koblentz; her children, Shelly (Bill) Canero, Renee (Martin) Curtis, Denise (Dennis) Rouse, Mary (Dominic) Geric, Diane (John) Caldwell and Marilyn (Eugene) Fairchild; brother, Roger Hart; sisters, Thyra Jean (Al) Ludwig, Betty Shurtleff and Martha (Don) Lee and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Barnes in 2008; a son, Dean and a granddaughter, Brandy Olsen. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Cadillac Memorial Gardens Cemetery Oak Chapel. Arrangements were made by Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond.
