Floyd V. Carpenter
Floyd Vincent Carpenter, 89, of Kelso, died March 9, 2005.
He was born Nov 22, 1915 in Rose Valley and graduated from Kelso High School in 1936.
Mr. Carpenter was a telephone company residential installer and repairman.
He married Ardelma R. Scott on June 24, 1939 in Kelso. She died Feb 21, 2002.
Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Lynn Stewart; a daughter-in-law, Watana Carpenter and two grandhchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. Carpenter and his son, James S. Carpenter, who died March 6, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Kelso-Longview Elks. The viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m.. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home
