Mrs. N. G. Raines

A private funeral service for Mrs. Nathalia G. Raines, 93, was conducted at the Kennedy & Son Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. Harold D. Avery, rector of St. John's Episcopal Church officiating. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Raines died in Thompson Hospital Sunday, August 1. She was the widow of Charles T. Raines, son of the late Senator John Raines of Canandaigua. Since her husband's death, she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Alexander G. Thompson, at 308 East Lake Road.

Besides her daughter, she is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs John S. Bacon, this city; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Robert Jones, Whittier, Calif; and several nieces and nephews.
