Obituary for Ann Clark


Darthulia Ann Akins Clark, went to be with the Lord on February 17, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of her life will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Michael Koontz and Rev. Billy Bateman officiating. Burial will be in Black Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014 and 9 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Ann was born June 10, 1951 the daughter of the late Herman and Mildred Black Akins. She was retired from Clarksville Montgomery County School System and a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ted Clark and her brother, Bobby (Jeri) Akins.
Pallbearers will be, Chase Bearden, Scott Bearden, Trey Bearden, Fulton Rye, Richie Rye and Marty Britt.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Black Cemetery Fund c/o Elaine Bearden, 4519 Louise Rd., Cumberland Furnace, TN 37051.
