Harold R. Millington, 44 newsboy who had sold papers in Portland off and on nearly 25 years died of a heart attack Tuesday while asleep at his home, 125 S.W. Porter street. His newspaper stand the past year had been at the central bus depot and until recently he sold papers Saturday night at N. E. Albina avenue and Killingsworth street. Born in Sioux City, Iowa, he had lived in Portland 34 years. Surviving are the widow, Orpha M. Millington, a son, Richard, and a daughter, Barbara; his mother, Mrs. Sabina A. Millington, and three brothers, Chester, Cornell, and Ervin, all of Portland. Funeral services will be at Saturday at 10:30 A. M. in the chapel of Holman and Lutz and commitment will be at Portland crematorium.
