Mary Franklin "Mollie" (Pardue) Williams was born on January 8, 1880 in Cheatham County, Tennessee, the daughter of Andrew Jackson Pardue (1833–1910) and Mary Catherine (Felts) Pardue (1840–1903).

She was married to James Robert "Jim" Williams (1882–21 Jan 1953), the son of son of John Robert Williams (ca 1841– ) and Nancy L "Nannie" (Nicholson) Williams (1848–1923).

Living near Sango, Montgomery County, Mollie was a widow and 73 years old when she suffered a heart attack after attending the funeral for her husband on January 23, 1953, and she died two days later at Clarksville Hospital.

Survivors included sons John A Williams and Lonzo Williams in Montgomery County and Fendrix Williams of Nashville, Davidson County.

Funeral Services were held at Clifton Methodist Church, and burial was in Pardue Cemetery at Hickory Point.
