HILDA CRAW FRENCH

Hilda Craw French, 81, of 210 N. Broad St. died Monday at Oneida City Hospital.

A native of Lyons, Mrs. French lived in Fayetteville before moving to the Oneida area 10 years ago. She retired from Precision Casting Co., Fayetteville. She was the widow of Donald Craw, who died in 1972, and Robert French, who died in 1986. Mrs. French was a member of Women of the Moose Lodge 272.

Surviving are two sons, William Craw of Fayetteville and Ernst Craw of Chittenango; five daughters, Julia Ronalds, Gladys Riley and Arlene Compoli, all of Fayetteville, Helen Crawford of Vernon and Martha Compoli of Canastota; a brother, Donald Wunder of Central Square; a sister, Ruth Hildreth of Fayetteville; two stepdaughters; a stepson; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and several stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Campbell-Dean Funeral Home. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
