Howard was born in Barnsdall on June 16, 1931 to Fred Abraham Kennedy and Ruby Jewell (Kinnett) Kennedy. He graduated from Hominy High School with the Class of 1949. Howard married Betty Johnson on December 24, 1949. He worked in the oilfield industry for sixty-two years.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, his three brothers, his loving wife, Betty who passed away on September 14, 2000.
Graveside services 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery, Hominy, Oklahoma. Reverend Andy Kennedy will officiate.
