ANGELICA – Ralph Abbott, 76, died here late Saturday night, July 31, 1954, following a long illness.
The husband of Ettie Abbott, he had resided in Angelica for the past several years. He was born in Bolivar, June 30, 1878.
Surviving besides his wife, are one son, James Abbott, Angelica; one daughter, Mrs. Tillie Giles, Alabama, New York; one brother, George Abbott, Tonawanda; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
The body has been removed to the Wolcott Funeral Home where friends may call and where funeral services will take place Wednesday, August 4, 1954. The Rev. John Trautman, pastor of the Angelica Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Belfast.
