Frank was a World War II Army Paratrooper veteran who served with the 82nd Air Borne. He retired after 40 years from the Quaker Oats Company where he was a manufacturing supervisor. Frank was an avid outdoorsman, loving hunting and fishing with his friends and family.
He was proceeded in death by his wife Kathleen (Haynes) Louck of Marion.
Frank is survived by his two daughters, Paula Svala (Ingemar) of Vermilion Ohio, and Sandy Shuck (Doug) of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
There will be a private service for the immediate family in March. Frank will be buried beside his wife, Kathleen, at the Marion Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Gunder/Hall and Folk Funeral Directors.
