W. Edgar Prisk, 59, 1424 Tyler St., owner of Graham Feed and Seed Co., 115 N. Main St. died Thursday evening in Mercy Hospital following two months illness. He had been Janesville resident since 1930. Born in Mineral Point, April 9, 1905, he was the son of William E. and Abigail Paynter Prisk. He attended Mineral Point Schools, Ripon College, and was graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1930. He worked for Janesville Steam Laundry until 1942, when he bought the feed business. He married Coral Clemons, Janesville, Sept. 7, 1935, in Janesville. Mr. Prisk was a member of First Congregational Church, Janesville Masonic Lodge 55 and Carcajou Hunting Club. He was formerly a member of the Lions, Elks, Jaycees and Janesville Country Club. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Lt. Edgar C. Prisk, Loring Air Force Base, Maine, and David T. Prisk, junior at the University of Wisconsin. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
