to Rachel Jamieson born May 4, 1870 in
Granton, Middlesex County, Ontario, daughter
of James Jamieson and Jessie Blair,

They moved to Cavalier, ND and after 1910
located to Vancouver, BC.

They had four known children, all born in ND:
(1) Howard William (Nov. 7, 1898-
June 27, 1973) married Harriet Howard
(Sept.18,1908-July 9,1983). They lived in San
Francisco. Both are buried in Williamette
National Cemetery, Portland, OR.

(2) Dorothy I. (Jan.8,1900-Mar.16,1988), an
American character actress who did numerous
TV appearances in the 1950s. In the 1960s
she was a popular acting instructor at the
UCLA School of Theatre Arts. In 1921 she
married Byron Foulger (Aug.27,1899-Apr.4,
1970) an American film character actor who
appeared in many Hollywood produced films.
Their daughter, Rachel (AKA Rachel Ames),
became a soap opera actress, becoming the
longest-running performer on ABC's
"General Hospital" playing 'Audrey Hardy R.N.'
from 1964-2007.

(3) Jessie Elizabeth Jamieson
(Nov.14,1901-Aug.31,1985) married Edwin
Telford James (Nov.24,1898-Jan.20,1985)
on Aug.24,1926. They lived in Vancouver
and died there.

(4) Louise (b.ca1903)
