Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Keyes Church of Christ with J.F. Carter officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Partridge Cemetery in Partridge, Kan. Arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary of Boise City.
Mr. Palmer was born July 18, 1917, in Abbyville, Kan., to Charles Ernest and Daisy M. Dunn Palmer. He spent his life in sales work, selling Amsoil oil and hearing aids.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine of Elkhart, Kan.; a son, Richard Palmer; two daughters, Cathy Palmer and Charlene Meek; and a brother, Willard Palmer of Amagardo, N.M.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity, in care of the funeral home.
