Betty married Robert Cockerham on January 14, 1990, in Moberly and he preceded her in death in 2002. Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Connie Cleeton, a son, Robert Foltz, Jr., a grandson Casey Cleeton, several brothers, several sisters and her husbands, Robert Foltz, Sr. and Frances Rojas.
Survivors include her daughter and her husband, four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter,
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was a member of the Moberly First Assembly of God Church.
