Lola was born in Missouri (probably in Stone County) to Absolum Garrison (1826-1912) and Mary Jackson Garrison (1840-1912,) both of whom were Tennessee natives.

She married Missouri native Felix S. McCall (1873-1955,) a veteran of the Spanish American War, in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 16, 1906. In 1910 the family lived in Phoenix where Felix worked as an engineer in the cold storage industry. By 1920 they had moved to Pinal County, Arizona, where Mr. McCall worked as an engineer for a copper mine. In 1930 the family lived in Tucson, Arizona; Felix worked as a carpenter for a building company and Lola ran a bakery from home.

The location of Lola's burial place and the inscription on her grave were taken from a listing at BillionGraves.com. Additional information came from US Census enumerations for 1880 (with parents and siblings in Pierce, Stone County, Missouri,) 1910 (with husband and son in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona,) 1920 (with husband and sons in Ray, Pinal County, Arizona,) 1930 (with husband and sons in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona,) 1940 (with husband in Pima County, Arizona;) and Arizona, Select Marriages, 1888-1908.

Another contributor has suggested that Mrs. McCall died in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona. No sources were provided, and my search of records available through Ancestry.com turned up nothing regarding her place of death. Public trees on Ancestry state, without sources, that Mrs. McCall died in either Mesa or Phoenix, Arizona.
