Stone is for her husband John T Adams, herself, and an infant daughter who died in 1879.

Achsah Jane (Morgan) was born in North Carolina perhaps in Perquimans County where her father was from. Her parents were Frederick Morgan & Anna Haskett. Her family seemed to have moved to Indiana, then Arkansas, then back to Indiana. Her father was first married to Polly OVERMAN who didn't live long. Then he married Anna Haskett on 1831-Feb-14 in Perquimans County. The 1850 had them in Village Township, Jackson County, Arkansas. It listed:

Frederick Morgan 40 North Carolina
Anna 35 North Carolina
Thomas 17 North Carolina
Seth 10 North Carolina
Axtha (Achsah) 8 North Carolina
Benjamin 6 Indiana
Frederick 4 Arkansas
Mary 2 Arkansas
Charles 4 (months) Arkansas

Achsah's mother must have died soon after.

For the 1860 Census, they are in Hanover Township, Shelby County, Indiana, but Emily (Wyatt) was then his wife. It lists:

Frederick Morgan 59 North Carolina
Emily 35 North Carolina
Benjamin 17 Indiana
Mary A 12 Arkansas
Charles A 11 Arkansas
Margaret 7 Indiana
Sarah F 4 Indiana
William H 2 Indiana

The last three were by his wife Emily.

In the 1870 census Achsah is already married to John L Adams and they are living in Shelby County, Indiana. The census lists:

John L Adams 36 Indiana
Achsah 29 North Carolina
Celestra A 8 Indiana
Adelia A 6 Indiana
Sophie 5 Indiana
John S 3 Indiana
Mary 7 (months) Indiana
Mary A Morgan 22 Arkansas (Achsah's sister)
