Franklin of Dorchester, Mass., and Mrs. H.L. WILLIAMS of Medford, Mass. Sister of Mrs. Harriett READ, Mrs. Rachael COOTE and Perry O. BISHOP; a native of Canada. Mrs. Franklin is at the palm chapel of James R. Garlick, corner 20th and P streets, where friends are welcome.
