He went to school in Arkansas and moved to Jackson in the early 50's. He was married to the late Alice Ann Delph Mallory until her death in 1972. He retired with 30 years of service with Michigan Diecast Company. He was a faithful man of God and a dedicated deacon of Bethesda Church of God in Christ.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Irene Brown and Ruby Jones; four sons, Benjamin, Henry, David and ET Delph.
He leaves to cherish his memories, 24 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 112 great-great grandchildren, 47 great-great-great grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Teressa Delph.
Funeral services will be held at Faith Temple Word of Faith Ministries.
