Dr. Gary G. Miller, 61, passed away March 8, 2014 in Lima. He was born April 23, 1952, in Columbus, to Russell Glen & Jo Claire (Ross) Miller, who have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Lynda Lea (Gottschalk)Miller, whom he married on December 27, 1973.

He graduated from Westerville High School (South) in 1970, Bowling Green State University in 1973, and The Ohio State University Dental School in 1976. He practiced dentistry for 38 years, 28 years of which were in Lima, eventually owning Miller Dental Associates. His hobbies and interests included carpentry, golfing, bowling, and model railroading. He was an avid Ohio State University fan. He was a member of Gardendale Church of God. He supported various charities, including Compassion International Ministries. He was a member of ALCO Sertoma, Lima Breakfast Optimist Club, and the Lima Area Civil War Study Club. He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, and a very generous man to all those in need.

In addition to his wife,he is survived by 1 daughter, 2 sons, 2 sisters, and 4 grandchildren.
