Arthur Kiggins Succumbs at 82

Arthur Kiggins, 82, of Alexandria Bay, died yesterday at E. J. Noble Hospital, Alexandria Bay, after a long illness.

He was a native of Syracuse and resided here 78 years before moving to Alexandria Bay four years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Janet Kiggins; two daughters, Mrs. Oran Freeman of Bridgeport and Mrs. Nellie Smith; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gertrude Hrynyk; four sons, Kenneth of Fulton, Arthur, with the Army in Vietman, and Lawrence and Harry Kiggins; two stepsons, Charles Hierholzer of Morrisville and William Hierholzer of Herkimer; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Kinney and Mrs. George Dracus of Pulaski; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Bordynski Funeral Home, 1105 W. Genesee St. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.

Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
