Services for W. H. Atkeison, 72, who died at the Knox City Hospital where he had been treated for a brain hemorrhage. He had been in failing health for some time. Since 1913, Mr. Atkeison had been in the grocery business in Munday and the business is now continued by his son. Since 1932, he had been director of the First National Bank at Munday. His wife preceded him in death. Survived by his children; R. D. Atkeison, Henry A. Atkeison, Miss Thelma Atkeison, Lt. Louise Atkeison, Mrs. W. M. Huskinson, Mrs. T. L. Stall, Mrs. E. M. Roberts. Services were held at the First Methodist Church at Munday.
