Mrs. Nancy W. Cumberledge, 90, of Nettle Hill, died at her home at 1:45 a.m., Thursday, June 13, 1957, after a serious illness of one week.

Born Mar. 24, 1867, in Wayne Township, she was a daughter of Basil and Rebecca White Wise. She spent all her life in Greene County.

She was married on July 10, 1888, to Samuel L. Cumberledge who died Oct. 14, 1933.

She is survived by two daughters and one son, Mrs. Ray (Nellie) Stockdale of Holbrook, R. D. 1, Mrs. Conrad (Ella) Stockdale of Painesville, Ohio, and Ray Cumberledge of Holbrook Star Route; 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was the last of her family. One son, Lee, died Nov. 4, 1936.

She was a charter member of Bethany Methodist Church.
