Daniel Stanley Adams, 96, previously of Manti, died March 25, 1990 at a son's home in Ridgeland, Washington.

Born March 7, 1894 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Almadorus Adams and Ellen Powell.

Married Linda Kartchner on February 18, 1920 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. High school and Seminary teacher, and beekeeper, he filled LDS missions to Southern States and to the New England States with his wife.

His wife, two daughters, and a son preceded him in death. He is survived by: daughter, Mrs. Wendell (Margaret) Petty, Twin Falls, Idaho; sons, A.D. Adams, Bountiful; Orrin Karl Adams, Manti; Carlos Adams, Salt Lake City; LaMar Adams, Spanish Fork, Bryant Adams, Ridgeland, Washington; forty-nine grandchildren; and forty-three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 30, 1990 at 2:00 p.m. in the Monument Park Stake Center, 13th South and Wasatch Drive. A viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East Bengal Boulevard (7600 South), Cottonwood Heights.
