STEPHANIE M. MAZUR
Stephanie M. Mazur, 78, of Gladwin, died Monday, March 16, 1998 at the Gladwin Living Center. Born April 2, 1919 in Moundsville, W. V., she was the daughter of Stanley and Tillie Bozek. She moved to Gladwin in October 1997 from Warren. Stephanie married Joseph Mazur in December 1939 in Detroit. He preceded her in death in 1962.
Surviving are four sons, Richard and wife Frances, of Gladwin, Joseph and wife Jeannie of Redford, Robert and wife Anna of West Branch, and Gerald and Pamela of Mayville, Tenn.; three sisters, Helen Mazur of Memphis, Anna Babbit of Bloomfield Hills, and Jean Sox of Delaware, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Sisson Funeral Home in Gladwin with Father Jules Spleet officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 3-18/1998 Column – 3 Page – 2.
