Bruce T. Martin, 86, of Memphis, retired parts manager for International Harvester, died Sunday at Methodist North Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Family Funeral Care with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. He was a World War II Air Force veteran, and deacon, Cambodian mission worker, youth sports coach and member for 55 years at Highland Heights Baptist Church. Mr. Martin, the husband of Hazel Martin for 59 years, also leaves three sons, Thomas H. Martin of Clinton, Miss., Barry C. Martin of Memphis and Ricky Martin of Bartlett, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The family requests that any memorials be sent to American Heart Association or Cambodian mission at Highland Heights Baptist Church.
