Paul E. McCauley
LARUE – Paul E. McCauley, 71, Glen Rock RD 2, near Larue, died Monday at York Hospital. He was the husband of Claudia Heindel McCauley.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Freedom. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Friends may call at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday with prayers at 8:15.
His parents were the late A. Thomas and Minnie Givens McCauley.
Mr. McCauley was a Codorus Township native and a lifelong resident of the Larue community, having lived in the same house for 45 years. He retired in 1972 from the Giechner Mobile Home construction firm, Dallastown.
He was a member of St. John Church, York Lodge of the Knights of Columbus and the Glen Rock Hose and Ladder Co.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two brothers, Thomas McCauley, Glen Rock RD 2, and Francis McCauley, 3185 N. George St., and a sister, Mrs. Charles Gantz, Red Lion RD 2.
The Rev. Carl Tancredi, Mr. McCauley's pastor, will officiate at the mass.
