Emanuel C. Cooper, 64, of 1344 W. First St., died unexpectedly at his residence at 5:15 p.m. Friday. He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Miriam Whittaker; five sons, Robert, Ralph, James, George and Carl, and seven grandchildren.
