Mrs. Edna Holmes
Services for Mrs. Edna C. Holmes, 55, of 48 Wexford Road, DeWitt, who died Wednesday at her home after a brief illness, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Eaton-Tubbs Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 130 E. Genesee St.
Mrs. Holmes was a native of Syracuse. She was formerly clerk and cashier for the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District. She was a volunteer for the Onondaga Association for the Retarded and a member of the Sequin Services Advisory Committee. She was also a member of Fayetteville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore; two sons, Alan J. of Old Lyme, Conn., and Theodore R.; a daughter, Mrs. Karen Converse of Dunwoody, Ga.; her mother, Mrs. Marie Condee of Lompoc, Calif.; two brothers, Cornelius S. of Lompoc and Newell D. Condee of Manlius; and three grandchildren.
Contributions may be made to Fayetteville United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
