Lloyd Page Woodie was born to Austin Letcher and Effie Mae Baber Woodie on the 2nd of October 1927. (His date of birth is listed as October 2nd on the Virginia Birth Registry but on his death certificate it is listed as October 26th) He was the youngest of six children, three girls and three boys.

On the 8th of August 1930 Lloyd was not eating or drinking, he had a fever, and diarrhea. His parents took him to The University Hospital in Charlottesville were they treated him for severe dehydration. Sadly Lloyd passed away on the morning of August 17, 1930 at 6:35. He most likely suffered from dysentery (and infection of the intestines causing diarrhea and dehydration).

He was survived by his sisters: Myrtle, Julia, and Margaret, his brothers: Henny and Odell, and his parents.

He was interned at the Baber Family Cemetery on the 18 of August 1930.
