A pioneer of Pasco county, FL, particularly the town of Elfers. An endearing person to everyone who knew her, Mrs. Sarah was better known as Grandma by family and friends.
She died on Thursday, December 26, 1941 at the home of her son in Elfers, where she had lived almost all her 89 years.
She was a charter member of the Elfers Baptist Church. The last 3 years her health prevented her from being active but she was still with her church and pastor.
She was survived by two daughters, three sons and six grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
