JOY CLAXTON HORNE, 108, died Wednesday, August 31, 2005, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Horne is survived by her daughters, Nanilee H. Banks and Jeanetta H. Powell; her sister, Daisy Bell Price; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2005, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Forest Hill Midtown. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 3, 2005, at noon at Metropolitan Baptist Church with interment in Forest Hill Midtown. Forest Hill Midtown Funeral Home 901-775-0310.
