Aldeane Agnes Lowe, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Mary Lanning HealthCare, Hastings, Nebraska. Aldeane was born June 12, 1925 in Dwight, Nebraska to Edward and Agnes (Mares) Gruntorad.

Aldeane graduated from Dwight (NE.) High School in 1943 and then attended the National Business Institute, Lincoln, Nebraska. She was employed as a secretary for several years while in Lincoln, Nebraska.

On August 27, 1946, Aldeane married Harold T. Lowe. Three children were born to this union, two sons, Ken and Steve and a daughter, Karen. Aldeane and Harold farmed northwest of Sutton, Nebraska for 30 years before retiring and moving to Sutton, Nebraska in May 1981.

Aldeane was also preceded in death by: parents; husband, Harold Lowe in 2001; brother, Edwin Edward Gruntorad and brother-in-law Richard Coufal.

Aldeane was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sutton, Nebraska, St. Mary's Altar Society and Matronette's Extension Club. She enjoyed baking, dancing and playing cards.

Rosary was at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March 23, 2014, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sutton, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 24, 2014, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Julius Tvrdy as officiator.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Sutton, Nebraska.
