Adolphus (Phil) Franklin Hartley, Jr., age 67, passed away Sunday March 16, 2014.

Mr. Hartley served two tours in Vietnam, and retired from the Army after 25 years of service. He was a member of Westside Baptist church, and was an avid Motorcycle Rider, and loved Fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, and 1 brother and 3 Sisters living. Surviving is his wife; Brenda Hartley, Sons; Franklin Hartley lll, Mike Hartley, Jason Ebersole (Jaime), John Ebersole (Kellie). 2 Grandchildren; Gavin Ebersole, and Kayla Hartley. Also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, 42 great nieces and nephews, and 22 great great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Westside Baptist Church, Teachey Chapel, at 11 A.M. with Dr. Keith Russell and Ray Mayfield officiating. Visitation is one hour prior at the church. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, with full Military Honors. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
