Robert E. Granda of 532 Prospect Avenue, Bethlehem, died Saturday in Muhlenberg Medical Center. He was the husband of Ruth S. (Eastman) Granda. They were married 53 Years. Robert was a truck driver Allen Laundry, Allentown, before retiring in 1982. Before that he was a weaver at Laros Silk Mill, Bethlehem, and a blast furnace worker for Bethlehem Steel Company. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Robert E. and Ellen (Musselman) Granda. He was a member of Christ UCC, Bethlehem.

Survivors: wife Ruth; son Robert, Jr., of Panama City, Florida; sister Flora Jacobs of Bethlehem; two grandsons.

Services: 1:00pm Wednesday, Snyder-Hinkle-Spatig Funeral Home, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem. Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Bethlehem.
