Funeral services for Herman Oatman, 82, who died Wednesday in a Syracuse hospital, were held at 2:30 p.m. today in St. Peter's Lutheran Church here. Services were conducted by the Rev, Richard Bertram.
Mr. Oatman, who had spent most of his life in this area, was born in Verona. He never married.
Surviving are an sister, Miss Charlotte Oatman, and one brother, Ernest Oatman both of Syracuse, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Oatman was a member of the FA AM Lodge of New London.
