Tillie, age 102, passed away at her home in Linden. She worked 25 years at Diamond Walnut Growers and 15 years at California State Hospital, retiring in 1974. She volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital for 25 years. She married Vern Cary, then married Joe Pacesas, her parents, and her son, James Cary.
She is survived by her sister, Pauline DeBenedetti, her step-children Joseph Pacesas Jr. and Penny Smith, three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and three-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life was held at Linden Methodist Church in Linden. Burial was in Farmington Memorial Cemetery.
