Jim was born Dec. 3, 1950, in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Lavern "Buck" and Virginia (McGill) Beltz. On Aug. 11, 1978, he married Linda Boston in Galatia.
He was a member of the Harrisburg Hawg Hunters. He was an avid bass fisherman and Rams football fan.
He is survived his wife Linda and by two daughters, JoAnna Beltz and Johna Beltz, both of Galatia; a brother, Gary (Henrietta) Beltz of Harrisburg; and several close cousins.
