Jeffery J. Britsch, 47, of West Bend, WI, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at his home. He was born on July 13, 1958, in Norfolk, VA, to Dietrich and Hanna (Barkemeyer) Britsch. The family moved to Oconomowoc and Jeff graduated from Oconomowoc High School in the class of 1976. He then attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and graduated with a degree in Architecture. On Aug. 18, 1984, he was united in marriage to Suzanne Atkinson at Grace Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Together they resided in Wauwatosa until moving to West Bend in 1994. At the time of his death Jeff was a Sales Representative for Super Sky Products Inc. in Mequon. Jeff was an active member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in the Town of Wayne. He was a member of the church council and was a former Pioneer Leader at Zion Church. The love of his family, his devotion to church, and dedication to his job made Jeff’s life satisfying for him. He is survived by his wife, Sue; 3 sons: Jakin, Luke, and Paul, all at home; his mother, Hanna Britsch of Oconomowoc; a brother, Greg (Brooke) Britsch of Brown Deer; his parents-in-law, William (Donna) Atkinson of Janesville; 2 sisters-in-law, Julie (Steve) Betz of Kankakee and Beth Krebs of Clinton; 4 brothers-in-law: Dan (Barb) Atkinson of Luxemburg, Rob (Carol) Atkinson of Janesville, Alan (Connie) Atkinson of Janesville, and David (Gaea) Atkinson of Janesville; other relatives and many friends. His father, Dietrich, preceded him in death.
