ARTHUR TUBAL CAINE, M.D. graduated from both the old and new courses of the medical Department of the Minnesota State University, and soon after was chosen intern at the St. Paul City and County Hospital (1898-99). After practicing at Lake Preston for a couple of years, he came to Anoka in March 1901. He received his earlier training in the schools of Stillwater, Minn., and graduated from the high school of that city in 1892, and later entered the academic department of Minnesota State University, where he spent two years. Dr. Caine was appointed health officer in March, 1904, and later in the same year, coroner of Anoka Co., and is surgeon for the Northern Pacific Railway. During the Spanish – American war Dr. Caine enlisted in the Red Cross work and was sent to Cuba. He is a member of the Masonic order, Woodmen, Yeomen, Hibernians, Royal Neighbors and Maccabees. Dr. Caine was born in St. Paul, Minn., May 24, 1875.
